Auto Insurance
We accept ALL auto insurances. Utah has a state minimum of $3,000 PIP (Personal Injury Protection) for accident victims to get care. Insurance benefits cover chiropractic, massage, acupuncture and other therapies without any copay, which means zero out of pocket expenses for care.
Major Medical Insurance
List of major insurances we are In-Network with: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Regence, Anthem, Select Health, United, UMR, Aetna, DMBA, EMI, PEHP, etc.
Out-of-Network Insurances: We will provide you with an invoice showing the codes needed for reimbursement from your insurance company. You pay up front and then can reach out to your insurance company to be reimbursed for qualifying treatment.
We typically do not work with Worker’s Comp, Medicare or Medicaid. If this pertains to you then you can still pay out of pocket for your care or we can try to find another provider to help you.

I have been going here for a little bit for herniated disc help. The doctors here honestly did take the time to listen to what is actually bothering me and suggested relevant treatments that have definitely been helping. Visited Dr. Makin for some PRP treatment in my shoulders. WOW. This is a must try. My shoulders were torn up. I couldn’t lift my arms above my shoulders without feeling pain. My shoulders feel a lot better the pain is gone and I have mobility back. Thanks Dr. Makin. Absolutely amazing.
